Commercial Painting FAQ's
We provide the following services for commercial properties: Drywall Repair, Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, High-Durability Coatings, Light Carpentry and Repairs, Power Washing and more.
We offer flexible scheduling, including evenings, to minimize disruption to your operations. We will work with you to ensure the scheduling works with your business requirements.
Yes. Colour matching from a sample gets extremely close but isn't an exact science, so for critical matches we recommend applying a test patch to the actual surface before final selection.
Commercial painting runs $5,000 to $75,000+. A single space or small suite runs $5,000 to $15,000, a multi-room facility with high-traffic durable coatings runs $15,000 to $40,000, and large institutional or municipal buildings run $40,000 to $75,000+. Every quote itemizes coat count and prep steps.
Projects run 2 days to 6 weeks. A single suite takes 2 to 5 days, a multi-room facility 1 to 3 weeks, and a large institutional building 3 to 6 weeks. Much of this work is scheduled after hours, so the access window matters as much as the square footage.
Yes. Proof of insurance and WSIB documentation are provided upfront, before anyone is on site.
Usually. We phase the work by area, contain the active zone, and schedule around your operating hours. For retail floors, medical facilities, and food service we typically work after hours or on weekends instead.
Corridors, stairwells, and lobbies take abuse that standard wall paint isn't built for, so we specify high-durability products like Scuff-Tuff. Specifying properly the first time costs less than repainting a hallway every eighteen months.
Regularly — it's a large part of what we do. We communicate constantly, see the job through close-out, and act as an extra set of eyes on site even outside our own trade.
Yes. We work on new builds, condos and apartments, warehouses, schools, medical facilities, and community spaces. New construction includes priming new drywall, coordinated scheduling with the site super, and a touch-up pass after other trades finish.
A written scope itemizing coat count, prep steps, products, and schedule. Painting bids are hard to compare because two numbers can describe very different amounts of work — ours spells out what you're buying.
